10-13 Dec leaders of non-governmental organizations from throughout the world meet at the second World Congress of Ngos to be held in Manila, Philippines. Theme of the 2009 edition of the event is Enhancing human dignity: the role of Ngos. The aim? Explore the role of civil society in the promotion of dignity and the challenges in the communication and cooperation field.
